Shipping chocolates can be a juggling act in the Aussie summertime, so That’s why proper precautions are taken to assure your chocolate orders arrive as they left! Shipping is usually done on a monday or tuesday in order to prevent orders from being in transit over the weekend. in the summer or in particularly warm temperature your order will contain a gel ice pack as a precautionary measure.

 

Open your package when it arrives and remove the ice pack in order to prevent condensation.

All of De Alonso products are made by hand and made to order. Allow a day or two for your order to be created ensuring the best and freshest experience.  De ALonso Truffles is only in production from Monday-Friday. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, please specify that you need express shipping.
